This Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) provides an opportunity for interested and qualified Respondents to submit a response to the City of Burnaby (“City”) for the opportunity to develop the land at 3990 Marine Way by:
This open RFEOI process welcomes submissions from all interested and qualified parties, and prioritizes Proposals that support broad community access, financial sustainability, and alignment with City priorities. Additional information will be made available via a data room and upon signing an NDA. For further information and to access the data room please email realestatebids@burnaby.ca with the subject “RFEOI# 42-02-26 Disposition of 3990 Marine Way”. Submission Requirements ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be emailed to realestatebids@burnaby.ca The City reserves the right to re-open this RFEOI at anytime during the RFEOI process. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system’s web clock.
