The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain Quotations from qualified Bidders to supply and deliver the specified or approved equivalent drone platform with accessories and applicable training, as further detailed herein on an “as and when required” basis. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
