The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents of Soiled and Un-soiled Mattress hauling and recycling services, as further detailed herein.

The City intends to award a Contract for a (2) year term, with options for three (3) each, one (1) year periods for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
