The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from Proponents for carousel maintenance and repair services at Burnaby Village Museum, as further detailed herein. The successful Proponent should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing electrical maintenance and repair services of a similar scope and nature. The City intends to award a Contract for a (2) year term, with options for three (3) each, one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
