The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide a comprehensive Theatre Ticketing Management system. This system will support the Parks, Recreation & Culture department by efficiently managing all aspects of event workflows. The primary users will be Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, Burnaby Village Museum, Swangard Stadium and Deer Lake Park with the capability to add additional venues as needed during the Term of the Contract.

Proponents should provide an estimated schedule, with major item descriptions and time indicating a commitment to perform the Contract within the time specified.
