The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain proposals from qualified applicants for a 60-year or 99-year prepaid ground lease of the City-owned site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) located at 8729 Joffre Avenue, Burnaby BC and to facilitate the development and use of the Site in accordance with applicable zoning bylaws, policies, regulations, and development requirements.
