The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide all necessary design and engineering, materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits, and transportation for the design, supply, and installation of a new scoreboard or video display system at Swangard Stadium, including a like-for-like replacement and alternative video display options, as further detailed in this RFP.
