The City of Burnaby (“City”) is seeking Proposals from experienced and capable Contractors for the supply and delivery of a complete accessible pedestrian system for several intersections throughout the City. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

The initial Contract term will be for one (1) year, with an option of up to four (4) individual one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of the City. The City shall provide location areas annually for each optional year renewal consideration. Prices quoted are firm for the initial Contract term.  Pricing for any subsequent option years will be negotiated.
