The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain Quotations from qualified Bidders to supply and deliver to the City the products or approved equivalent, VMware product support and subscription licenses, as further detailed herein on an “as and when required” basis. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.
The City reserves the right to purchase any additional future VMware product support and or subscription requirements based on negotiating the pricing for orders placed the term of the Contract.
The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and requirements.
