Interested service providers are invited to submit a Quotation to provide all labour and equipment for flagging and traffic control services for various locations within the City of Burnaby (“City) as described in the terms, conditions, specification, and attachments contained herein, on an as and when required basis for a three (3) year term from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
