Back in April 2024, the City posted a public opportunity on BC Bid for the Pre-Qualification of Consultants for Building Maintenance Services, RFQ #44-02/24. A list of Pre-Qualified Consultants was created from this process. This re-opening RFQ#202-10/24 is for new consultants to provide a submission or for existing consultants to update their submission if there have been material changes in organizational structure, staffing resources or capabilities. Existing Pre-Qualified Consultants already on file with the City as a result of the originally RFQ #44-02/24 do not need to re-apply to remain on the City’s current Pre-Qualification list. |
