The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to solicit and evaluate the capabilities, experience, track record and resources to provide real estate appraisals and related property advisory services, as further detailed herein.

Submissions from pre-qualified Consultants will remain on file for a period of three years (2024 to 2027) or until such time as the City may release a new RFQ. 

The issue of these documents does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose.
