The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) wishes to retain the services of a consulting team (“Consultant”) with experience in 1) trail planning and management with a landscape architectural and/or engineering background; 2) ecological and wildlife protection relating to trail networks in an urban mountain woodland conservation area; and 3) public consultation and communication planning to undertake public consultation and trail use plan strategy within the Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area in Burnaby, as further detailed herein.
