The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering or landscape architectural Consultant team (“Consultant”) for preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration services
to conduct the following, as further detailed herein.

Field #1
Evaluate the storm water management system and replace the existing artificial turf sports surface field with shock pad, repair of south fence and replacement of the mesh and other site furnishing and civil works, if required, at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex (“BLSC”) West Artificial Field #1; and,

Field #2
Thoroughly evaluate the existing shock pad and storm water management systems, with the option to replace the shock pad if necessary, replace the existing artificial turf surface with hybrid Soccer and Field Hockey carpet and perform associated civil works, if required, at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West Artificial Field #2.
