The Owner invites tenders for:
The Work shall include but is not limited to 270m of road improvements including curb and gutter, boulevard & swales, concrete sidewalk, driveways, road widening, streetlighting, catch basin and lawn basin installation and asphalt paving. Utility Works include approximately 195m of sanitary main replacement and 250m of watermain replacement.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization of Roads - 2.0 may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #70-05-25 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.

All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
