The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to implement a Digital Adoption Platform (“DAP”) that will provide in-app guided software training for our users of in scope City-wide applications that support our digital transformation initiatives, as further detailed herein. The City intends to deploy the Solution under this RFP in a phased approach, including a required Pilot phase for an Enterprise Content Management (“ECM”) system implementation using SharePoint. Upon successful completion of the Pilot phase, the Solution may be expanded in the next step to support the full range of departments that are using the ECM system. The City may decide, at its sole discretion, to deploy one or more Pilots with more than one Proponents. Proponents are encouraged to propose a phased work plan for the iterative deployment of the Solution that aligns with this intent. |
