The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek quotations for the Supply of Application Spraying Services from qualified and experienced contractors to undertake larvicide treatment for Japanese Beetle (Popillia japonica) on “Public Lands” and Park land. The City intends to award a contract for a two (2) year term, with options for three (3) individual one (1) year renewals for a total possible of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. Pricing should be fixed for the initial contract term. The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, tools, supplies and materials necessary or appropriate in connection with the proper and complete execution of the services. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose. |
