The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering or landscape architectural consultant team (“Consultant”) for preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration services to replace the existing synthetic turf sports surface field with shock pad and to upgrade lighting, potential storm water management infrastructure, fencing, site furnishing, pedestrian circulation, and civil works at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West Field #5 (“BLSC-W” or “Field #5”), as further detailed herein.
