The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced firms specializing in vegetation control on hard surfaces, as further detailed herein. The City intends to award an “as and when requested” contract(s) for the 2023 Calendar year, with the option to extend for an additional four (4) individual one (1) year terms at the sole discretion of the City should service prove reliable and pricing remain competitive in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. See Appendix C – Additional Details for service frame time. The contract(s) would be non exclusive meaning the City reserves the right to direct award to one Contractor, shortlist qualified Contractor’s, publically compete the work or do the work in-house. |
