The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from companies specializing in commercial grade fitness equipment to supply, deliver, and install fitness equipment at City of Burnaby’s (“City”) fitness facilities before December 21, 2022 as further detailed herein.
The issue of this RFP does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.
In addition to the equipment noted in the RFP, the City may also choose to offer additional non-exclusive contract(s) for “as and when requested” supply and install of fitness equipment.
The City intends to award a Contract for a one-year period with the option to extend for four (4) additional one year periods at the City’s sole discretion should services prove reliable and prices remain competitive.
