As part of the Drainage Asset Manage Plan (Plan) program, the City of Burnaby (the “City”) wishes to retain the services of a consulting engineer (the “Consultant”) for the above noted project.  

The Consultant shall be led by a Prime Consultant specializing in drainage asset management planning. Additional consultants shall be included upon recommendation by the Prime Consultant. The issue of these documents does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose.
