The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from licensed, experienced, and qualified elevator maintenance and repair service providers for the ongoing preventative maintenance and repair of 29 vertical transportation devices and two (2) commercial handicapped stair lift devices in City of Burnaby (“City”) owned buildings and facilities, as further detailed herein.
 

The City intends to award a Contract for a two (2) year term, with options for three (3) each, one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
