The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced general Contractors to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits, and transportation for the completion of the foundation, utilities servicing, , paving,  site lighting, hydro hook-up, and electrical works for a mechanical co-generation unit, as further detailed within.
