This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where any interested party may download the Bid documents directly from the aforementioned website. No registration tracking or other recording of Bid document holder will be performed by the City. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors, previously pre-qualified on Request for Qualification #147-07/20 will be invited to tender this Project:
A mandatory site tour has been arranged to begin at 10:00am on March 9, 2023 at the site, 3713 Kensington Avenue, Burnaby, BC to visit and examine the works. The Prequalified General Contractors or their agents shall meet at the building entrance located at 3713 Kensington Avenue and register their presence with the Consultant at the site tour stating the name of the contractor they represent.
