The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from pre-qualified site clearing services contractors to complete the specified Work. Proponents are required to review the properties identified below and propose the most appropriate site clearing solution(s), including methodology and recommendations, in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
PRE-QUALIFICATION Following Request for Qualification #22-01-26 Pre-Qualification of Site Clearing Services Contractors, only the following pre-qualified contractors will be invited to this RFP. 1. Double M Excavating Ltd.
An OPTIONAL site visit will be held on July 28, 2026 commencing at 10:00 AM. Proponents are requested to meet at 1422 Gilmore Avenue, Burnaby Late submissions are not permitted by the on-line bidding system.
