The City of Burnaby ("City") is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide competitive pricing for mobile devices, services, subscription plans, and other data services, including but not limited to cellular services, improvements to in-building cellular coverage in specific City-owned facilities, a consolidated approach for TV and internet services at multiple City locations, Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams Telephony Services, mobile internet sticks providing unlimited data, Netmotion licences and APN Circuits.

The City may award a Contract for a three (3) year term, with options of three (3) each, one (1) year renewal terms for a total possible term of six (6) years at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements of this RFP. The term of the Contract should start on October 7, 2025. All implementation services including porting of numbers should be completed before this date. For mobile plans, the City would prefer to maintain the same pricing for subsequent extensions after the initial three-year term.
