The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits and transportation to deliver temporary electrical services for the City’s civic festivals and special events on an “as and when requested” basis, as further detailed herein.

The City intends to award a Contract for a two (2) year term, with options to extend up to three (3) individual one (1) year periods, for a maximum of five (5) years total, at the sole discretion of the City.
