The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced firms specializing in the supply and delivery of paper and disposable products (non-exclusive) to various City of Burnaby (the City) locations, as further detailed herein.

The City intends to award an “as and when requested” contract(s) for a fixed price initial term, with the option to renew for additional four (4) one year terms to a maximum of (5) five years at the sole discretion of the City should service prove reliable and pricing remain competitive, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
