The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from experienced and capable consultants for a solid waste and recycling audit for single and multi-family sectors serviced by the City, as further detailed herein. The successful Proponent should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience conducting waste composition studies and providing services of a similar scope and nature. The City intends to award a Contract for a (2) year term, with options for three (3) each, one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The Consultant’s pricing should be firm for the initial Contract term. The issuance of this RFP does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose. |
