The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering or landscape architectural consultant team (“Consultant”) for preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration services to replace the existing synthetic turf sports surface field and improve the field’s amenities. Work will include assessing and designing the shock pad, storm water management infrastructure, fencing, site furnishings, infill specification and migration mitigation at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West Field #3 (“BLSCW” or “Field #3”), as further detailed herein.
