The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide Payment Certification services for the development of a new aquatic and arena facility in the Burnaby Lake Recreation Complex (the ‘Complex’) to replace the existing Clifton G. Brown Memorial Pool (“CG Brown Pool”) and Burnaby Lake Ice Rink, as further described herein.
