The Owner invites tenders for: Road improvement Works at three (3) Sites within the City of Burnaby. The Works consists of excavation, placement of granular material, concrete curb and gutters, sidewalks, street lighting, retaining walls, stairs, milling, asphalt pavement, and pavement marking and signage. The Works will also consist of associated drainage upgrades including catch basins. This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date. Only the following Pre-Qualified general contractors will be invited to tender this project:
