The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply and replacement of the existing SAP HANA server hardware that are currently running on HPE CS500 HANA appliances (Broadwell v4). The successful Proponent will provide design, installation, wiring, configuration, testing, commissioning, maintenance and support, and training services as noted in the scope of Work and described herein. The City reserves the right to award a Contract in whole or in part to one or more Proponents.

The City intends to award a Contract for a three (3) year term with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the City’s sole discretion, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements of this RFP.

This RFP is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining Proposals; its issue does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose whatsoever.
