The City of Burnaby is developing new community plans for the Edmonds, Royal Oak, and Cascade Heights communities. The three plans will establish a vision and policy directions to guide the development of unique, diverse, and sustainable communities over the mid to long term future. At the core of the new community plans will be a land use framework, design guidelines, and prescribed zoning designations to help guide site specific development applications.

The intent of this RFP is to obtain Proposals from qualified consultant firms to assist the City in the preparation, review, and testing of the community plan development framework and policy directions.
