The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to purchase and/ or lease new enterprise grade computer hardware (desktop, laptops, monitors, Apple products and servers, etc.), peripherals and services including delivery, replacement, maintenance, decommissioning, deployment, transferring of equipment, technical training and any other related services, as further detailed herein. The City prefers to enter a Contract with a single, “full service” reseller which can meet all requirements of this RFP. The City reserves the right to divide the Work or services and award more than one Contract. Furthermore, the City reserves the right to award the Work or services in whole or in part to a primary and secondary Contractor. This RFP is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining Proposals and its issue does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose whatsoever.
