The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced firms specializing in the supply and delivery of sand & gravel on an “as and when required” basis to the City of Burnaby’s (the City) Norland Storage located at 3200 Norland Avenue, Burnaby, BC as further detailed herein.

The City intends to award an “as and when requested” contract(s) for a fixed price initial term, with the option to renew for additional terms to a maximum of (5) five years at the sole discretion of the City should service prove reliable and pricing remain competitive, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
