The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and capable Proponents for the supply and delivery of water metering technology. The City envisions a two phased implementation, as detailed herein. Proponents are encouraged to propose a phased work plan for the iterative deployment of the Solution and system integrations that aligns with this intent.
