The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) wishes to retain the services of an architect (“Consultant”) to review and update the existing schematic design, provide detail design, and provide tendering and contract administration services to upgrade the exterior of the Capitol Hill Community Hall to improve accessibility while retaining and enhancing the building’s heritage character.
