The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced firms specializing in the provision of grass cutting, salting, and snow removal services for City-owned vacant lots. Services will primarily consist of scheduled maintenance activities, with limited additional work performed on as-and-when-required basis.
