The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply, installation, configuration and full service maintenance of new multifunctional colour printers/copiers for a five (5) year term. The City is seeking a single provider for its corporate requirements of equipment, support, maintenance services, cloud printing capabilities and supplies for the City’s fleet of multifunction print devices (MFDs) and City owned Desktop Devices with a single all-inclusive cost per copy or similar model. The City may consider another Proponent for award of its print shop requirements.
