The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents to supply, implement and support a SaaS-based recruitment testing system that allows the City to select specific tests for each candidate. The City is interested in moving forward with robust testing that meets today’s needs and reflects today’s workplace requirements. The technology solution to support this should have both, customer-facing and staff-facing portals, provide robust reporting metrics and ease of use on any of client’s computers. The City’s preference is for a cloud-based platform which respects the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FOIPPA”), and should adhere to the City’s security protocols.
