The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of server hardware to refresh the existing VMWare ESXi servers, Veeam Backup and Replication application servers, and any other server hardware that may be required. In addition to the supply of the server hardware, the Proponent would conduct a Dell Live Optics Assessment. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the City’s sole discretion, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The City will require the hardware as specified in Appendix C – Hardware Requirements. The City reserves the right to award a Contract in whole or in part to one or more Proponents. |

Awarded Summary
The first part of the RFP#232-09-22 will be Dell Live Optics engagement at $0 as listed in section B of the RFP response. From the findings of the Live Optics Engagement, a server build and Bill of Materials will be created for new server purchases.
