The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply of optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, and support services, on an “as and when requested” basis. The City intends to lease all equipment and license requirements, and purchase related services, whether listed in this RFP or not, through the Contractor. However, the City reserves the right to lease any optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, support services, and license requirements through other contractors, at its sole discretion. The City is seeking Proposals from Proponents who have recent and relevant experience in providing optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, and support services to organizations of a similar size and scope. Proponents should be professional, experienced and qualified to assist with the City’s initiative.
