The Owner invites tenders for:

The Contract generally intends to construct two new basketball court areas in Willingdon Heights. This Work generally includes:

1. Earthworks necessary to remove organics and place asphalt base structure;
2. Asphalt pavement, acrylic surfacing, and sport court line markings;
3. Chain link fencing, basketball backboards and posts;
4. Site furnishing such as benches, bollards, trash receptacles, drinking water fountain;
5. Concrete stairs and railing, seat walls, edgers, and retaining walls;
6. Soft landscape: trees, shrubs and groundcover and restoration with hydroseeding;
7. Drainage infrastructure for new court areas, walls and planting; and
8. Irrigation works for newly planted soft landscape.

Only the following Pre-qualified Contractors from RFQ#248-09-23 will be invited to tender this project:

1. Action Holdings Ltd. O/A Custom Blacktop Co.
2. Cedar Crest Lands (BC) Ltd.
3. Palmieri Bros. Paving Ltd.
