To obtain quotes from qualified Bidders for the supply and delivery of the specified, Cisco collaboration licenses, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose. The City intends to award a Contract for a three (3) year term with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
