The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to solicit and evaluate the capabilities, experience, track record, resources and creativity of a professional graphic design consultants, graphic artists, design studios, or design/print firms to provide ongoing graphic design services whose qualifications meet or exceed the City’s requirements and expectations in order to provide consultant services. The pre-qualification process is intended to establish a list of Consultants with the required expertise, capabilities and resources to perform the consulting services.
