The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the City of Burnaby (“City”) to obtain Proposals from experienced and qualified Proponents for the supply and installation of audio/video equipment for the City’s Emergency Operation Center (“EOC”), as further outlined in this RFP. Services should include but not necessarily be limited to the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, graphics and content at implementation, technical and user training for each installation, on-going software support and maintenance including updates & upgrades, trouble-shooting, and technical support.
