This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) invites Proposals from experienced and qualified Proponents to provide financial and urban land use economic analysis and advice to support ongoing planning policy reviews. This may include impact analyses or financial viability studies of aspects of new Community Plans, housing policies and programs, and other related land use policies and projects at pre-determined rates, on an “as and when requested” basis. The City intends to award a Contract for a (3) three-year term, with an option to renew for two (2) one-year extensions for a total possible term of five (5) years, upon mutual agreement. Work assignments will be issued on an “as and when requested” basis at the discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The City does not guarantee any work would be requested. |
