The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to obtain Responses from network Penetration Testing consultants, to be registered on the City’s pre-qualified list. Pre-qualified Consultants will be eligible to participate in invitational processes for individual penetration testing assignments, including but not limited to future Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Required services may include, but are not limited to, penetration testing required to satisfy Requirement 11.4 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) V4.01, which mandates annual testing of the entire Cardholder Data Environment (CDE) perimeter and critical systems, as well as testing following significant modifications or upgrades. The City may also request penetration testing services in relation to other security assessments, regulatory compliance initiatives, or internal risk management programs.
