The City of Burnaby (“City”) wishes to engage a qualified consulting team (the “Consultant”) with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel to provide Consulting Services (the ‘Services’) for the provision of a Roofing Condition Survey and Maintenance Plan for the City’s major, minor and new municipal building facilities. The buildings include Recreation Centres, Fire Halls, Children Centres, Libraries, City Hall, Works Yards, Field and Heritage Houses. The issue of these documents does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose.

Following Request for Qualification #44-02/24 Pre-qualification of Consultants for Building Maintenance Services (FM), only the following pre-qualified Proponents will be invited to this RFP:

1) Evoke Buildings Engineering Inc.
2) Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. 
3) Rimkus Consulting Group Canada Inc.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system.  Hardcopy submissions not permitted.

Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Proposal is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.  

For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system’s web clock.

Late submissions are not permitted by the on-line bidding system.

Proposals will not be opened in public.
